The Coming ‘Strong Delusion’

“The coming of the lawless one (the Antichrist)
is according to the working of Satan,
with all power, signs, and lying wonders,
and with all unrighteous deception
among those who perish, BECAUSE
they did not receive the love of the truth,
that they might be saved.
And for this reason God will send them
STRONG DELUSION, that they should BELIEVE THE LIE,
that they all may be condemned
who did not believe the truth
but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”
2 Thessalonians 2:9-12

The world is going to be divided by one issue: those who accept “the truth,” which is the Word of God, and those who ignore or reject it.

The Antichrist will deceive those who rejected or ignored the Word of God, he’ll deceive them by the SIGNS AND WONDERS that Satan will enable him to do. GOD will put the people under a strong delusion to believe the Antichrist – BECAUSE they did not receive the love of the truth.

It’s all about truth. From the very beginning, it’s all been about the Word of God, which is the source of truth.

At the very beginning Satan said to Eve, “HATH GOD SAID…?” …then he went on to suggest that what God said is not true, and convinced her that if she would take the forbidden fruit she’d become “as God.” The suffering of the entire world goes back to that act of rebellion, which brought sin and its curse of death into the world.

The method of Satan has not changed from the very beginning. He always attacks the Word of God.

Make your decision now. Ask God to give you the “love of the truth” that you may escape the coming great deception.
