“Repent, and turn from all your transgressions,
so that iniquity will not be your ruin.”

Yes …the endgame is your ruin.

Sin is deceitful. Satan doesn’t come announcing himself. No, he presents sin as something good, something to be desired. Sin fascinates – and then …assassinates.

“Do not be deceived, God is not mocked;
for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
For he who sows to his flesh
will of the flesh reap corruption,
but he who sows to the Spirit
will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.”
Galatians 6:7-8

There is nothing good in the future of someone practicing sin. Whatever he hoped to gain from it – all will be lost, and not only that, the man will reap what he sowed, and that reaping can be awful.

“But every man is tempted, when he is
drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
Then when lust has conceived, it brings forth sin,
and sin, when it is finished, brings forth death.”
James 1:14-15

The death of your dreams, the death of your health, the death of your
finances, the death of your relationships, sin only brings death and
destruction.

Don’t play with sin. It just isn’t worth it.
