Recently I came upon the following quote and it struck me because it’s SO true:

“God lives with us in the moment.”

It amazes me to what extent the Lord cares about our lives, even in the very, very small things. Whatever affects us in any way, he is there and he cares.

God’s Word tells us that if we ABIDE in him, he will ABIDE with us. That translates to some very powerful demonstrations of his care for us as we go about our day. Those who are watching will see evidences of his protection, his provision, and his many ways of letting us know he is there constantly, and when we become aware of this on a daily basis, our faith will grow and will be the underpinning for when hard times come. We will have the knowledge that his promise holds true in which he said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5).
