It doesn’t come naturally. We live in a fallen human nature, in a fallen world, and the right way to go doesn’t come naturally to us. We make wrong choices.

“There is a way that SEEMS RIGHT to a man,
but its end is the way of death.”
Proverbs 14:12

The fact that it SEEMS right to you, does not mean that it IS.

In everything you do – EVERYTHING – ask for God’s guidance. Do not lean on your own thoughts or desires or reasonings. No, instead ask the Lord to CAUSE you to know the way you should go.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and lean not on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and HE shall direct your paths.”
Proverbs 3:5-6

He is worthy of your trust.
