He Will Make All Things New

“And God will wipe away every tear
from their eyes; there shall be no more death,
nor sorrow, nor crying.
There shall be no more pain,
for the former things have passed away.
Then he who sat on the Throne said,
‘Behold, I make all things new.’
And he said to me, ‘Write, for these words
are true and faithful.’”
Revelation 21:4-5

This is the hope he has given us as we walk through the pains of life. The day is coming when our trials will be over and then we’ll have all eternity to bask in the joys of heaven.

But sadly, many won’t be there. Jesus said:

“You MUST be born again.”
John 3:6-7

MUST is a very strong word.

Only when one recognizes his fallen sinful state and surrenders his life to Jesus Christ – only then is his name written in the Book of Life.

Vs 27:

“…But there shall by no means enter it
anything that defiles, or causes
an abomination or a lie,
BUT ONLY THOSE WHO ARE WRITTEN
in the Lamb’s Book of Life.”
Revelation 21:4, 5, 27

That’s why we constantly urge people to come to the Lord. Their entire eternity depends on it.

Is your name written in the Lamb’s Book of Life?

If you’re not sure, you need to come to him and ASK to be born again. He will receive anyone who sincerely seeks him, anyone who is willing to surrender himself and his life to him. When that happens, that person’s name will be written in The Lamb’s Book of Life for all eternity.

And all will be new for the newly born-again.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation;
old things have passed away;
behold, all things have become new.”
2nd Corinthians 5:17
