“Blessed is the man who walks not
in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor stands in the path of sinners,
nor sits in the seat of the scornful;
but his delight is in the law of the Lord,
and in his law he meditates day and night.”
Psalm 1:1-2

When you have a problem, do you seek the counsel of the ungodly? Does your circle of friends include “the scornful?” Do you put your trust in the “experts”?

Or – do you put the Word of God as the foundation of your entire life?

vs 6:
“For the Lord knows the way of the righteous.
But the way of the ungodly shall perish.”

Put your trust in your Creator, he who designed and made you is worthy of your trust.

“The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord,
and he delights in his way.”
Psalm 37:23

Let the Lord delight in you.

“But without faith it is impossible to please him,
for he who comes to God must believe that he is,
and that he is a rewarder
of those who diligently seek him.”
Hebrews 11:6
